Perhaps it goes without saying that my favorite class is abnormal psych. ;) I attend each class with rapt attention, and sometimes severe amusement. The prof strongly reminds me of my pdoc, whom I love.
I just had my first exam last week, and I got a 98! Now that does include the two extra credit points we convinced the prof to give us since over half the class left after the exam, but I still got a 96, with very little, ok, almost no, studying (oops).
I just hope the social psych exam I took yesterday turns out as well.
(Back to abnormal) We are currently covering mood disorders... Let's just say, Psycho is well versed on this particular subject. ;) I am set. It was mentioned to me that I would need little-to-no studying on this section; I think that is correct. I sat with glee and barely suppressed laughter through discussion (think the "Beavis and Butthead" episode where they were threatened to not laugh during sex ed). I tried not to pipe up too much, or act like a know-it-all, but sometimes it's quite a strain to not roll on the floor in helpless laughter with tears streaming down my cheeks, then point and laugh at the wants-to-be-a-know-it-all-but-is-actually-clueless freshman who refuses to shut up. I just keep reminding myself that those people, through no fault of their own, don't have a clue, nor have they done the extensive research I have been all but forced to undertake.
Ah well, it does provide two and a half hours of amusement on Wednesday nights. %D
